Experiencing an unexpected pregnancy is often challenging. Compassionate community support and access to resources can be valuable help women need when facing an unexpected pregnancy.
Mission
Through active outreach we hope to find women experiencing unexpected pregnancies and connect them with community support and resources. We strive to help faith communities and organizations begin and expand their own unexpected pregnancy supports to women in need. Vision Our hope is that, together, we will build a safety net for pregnant women in need that encompasses Guelph and Wellington County. Core Values Gentle We approach pregnant women in need with warmth, kindness, compassion, affirmation, understanding, and non-judgment. We strive to be welcoming, inviting, and hopeful. Knowledgeable We work hard to maintain an extensive understanding of the resources available to women in our community, so that we can connect them with effective help. Our mentors are experienced and share their wisdom and support. Honest We believe that abortion is not the best choice for women or for their babies. Our materials and volunteers reflect our pro-life foundation in an upfront and open way. |
